The piece must be:

- Without signs of damage
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom-made or personalized pieces are not eligible for return, except in cases of confirmed defects.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days, according to the original payment method:
- Credit card → refund via card issuer
- Pix → refund to the same bank account
- International payments → refund via selected method (Stripe / PayPal / card)
Damaged items during shipping
If any damage occurs during shipping:
