Shipping Policy

EN — Shipping Policy

We ship domestically and internationally with tracking. This policy covers timelines, shipping conditions, returns, Made to Order (MTO) items, and customer responsibilities.

Processing

  • Ready to Ship: 1–3 business days to process before dispatch.

  • Made to Order (MTO): batch production with up to 8 weeks before shipping.

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Brazil: 3–5 business days (estimated).

  • US/CA: 10–15 business days (estimated).

  • Other destinations: 7–21 business days depending on carrier and customs.

Shipping & Eligibility

  • Free shipping to the US/CA on eligible orders (conditions shown at checkout).

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout by address and weight/volume.

Tracking

  • We send the tracking code by email once your order ships.

  • Tracking status may take up to 48h to update after carrier pickup.

Address & Delivery

  • Incorrect address/unavailable recipient: reshipment may require a new shipping fee.

  • Packages returned by the carrier will be reshipped after address confirmation and payment of the new shipping fee.

Duties & Customs

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): any import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Local customs may extend delivery times.

Damaged or Lost Items
Returns & Exchanges

  • Request within 7 days of delivery (unused item, original packaging, proof of purchase).

  • MTO items are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective.

  • Return instructions are provided by email after the request.
