Our pieces are handmade, one by one, with great care and dedication. Because they are unique, they may present natural variations in color, texture and shape — characteristics that are part of the artisanal identity and are not considered defects.
🔄 Exchanges and Returns
As we work with exclusive and original products, we do not accept exchanges due to regret or change of preference .
However, if you receive a defective product or one that has been damaged during shipping , please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt. To expedite our service, please send:

💳 Refunds
If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 business days after approval.
❌ Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase , as long as it has not yet been shipped. After this period, we will continue shipping as normal.
📦 Return Shipping
In case of return due to our error (defective product, different from the one ordered or damaged in transit), the shipping cost is on us .
