1. Handmade and Exclusive Products

Our products are handmade, with dedication and in unique or very limited editions. Each piece has its own characteristics and may present natural variations in color, texture and shape, which is part of the artisanal identity and does not constitute a defect.

2. Returns and Exchanges

As our pieces are exclusive, we do not accept exchanges due to regret or change of preference . We ask that you read the descriptions carefully and look at the photos before purchasing.

However, if you receive a defective product or one that was damaged during shipping , please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt, with:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged product (from different angles)

• Original packaging (if possible)

After analysis, we will:

• Full refund

• Or sending a new item if available (in rare cases)

3. Refunds

If the refund is approved due to a defect or damage during transportation, the amount will be returned via the same payment method within 7 business days after approval.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase , as long as they have not yet been shipped. After this period, we will continue with normal shipping.

5. Return Shipping

If there is a need to return the product due to our error (damaged, incorrect or defective product), the shipping costs are at our expense.

6. Questions and Support

The delivery period starts counting from the confirmation of payment and may vary according to:

• Availability of delivery services

You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped.

Note: During periods of high demand (such as holidays), deadlines may change.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when you finalize your order, based on your zip code and the weight/volume of the package.
